Out Of Time

I decided that i want every piece in a different time signature, so for every track ill state the time signature.

March of a Clock - Inspired by the many Minecraft piano pieces, but mainly by Subwoofer Lullaby. In 2/4 (although it technically was in 6/8 when i wrote in originally, but i ended up making it in 2/4). This would be the main theme of the game.

reforestation - Kind of inspired by the Sky Island Theme from Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom. In 3/4, and it uses the whole tone scale (F whole tone scale to be exact) for melody AND harmony, which means there's a lot of augmented chords lol. This would be the theme for a mysterious forest which would be the first or second dungeon of the game.

3284 feet under - Inspired by the Mines Of Narshe theme from Final Fantasy 6, the Lanayru Mines theme from Zelda Skyward Sword, and by the Aquatic Base themes from Sonic 06. It uses 4/4 for it's theme, and it was the last track I made. This would be the theme for some deep abandoned mines that would be a dungeon around the middle of the game.

Out Of Time - Inspired by... idk. I'm sure there's something i heard that sounds like this, but i didn't really think about anything when making it. It uses 6/8, and was originally way more orchestral before i made it super electronic. This would be the music at the last chapter of the game, the music for the final dungeon, when the hero is running out of time, just before the final boss.

Back In Town - Inspired by the results screen from Sonic 06, and Alma Gov (an Israeli singer-songwriter that makes awesome music :) ). It uses 5/4 (my favorite time signature!), and is actually kind of in Locrian (the melody resolves to D# in E major, but the harmony is for E major). It doesn't sound very video game-y, but it could kind of like a song for the credits. This would both the town theme ( the guitar part from the beginning until the middle) and the credits music (the entire thing, it starts with the town music and then opens up around the halfpoint).
